Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were spacious, but unfortunately, they were littered with mold and old food in the refrigerator and had an unpleasant odor, despite the open courtyard design. The service was a hit or miss with some staff being rude and unprofessional while others were wonderful, friendly, and informative. The location was good for my specific events but had some issues like a heavy smell of chlorine. The dining was enjoyable but had some limitations. Overall, the stay had its ups and downs.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were mostly clean and spacious, with cozy beds and a large television; however, a dried up booger under the thermostat was a bit off-putting. The service was extremely helpful, making me feel like I was sleeping in heaven. The location was good for my needs, although it felt a bit dingy. The dining experience was amazing with great food and juices, and the homemade ice-cream was a delightful touch.
I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. The rooms, although smaller than expected, surprised me with a fresh outdoor courtyard vibe despite a slight odor, and they were quite noisy yet surprisingly comfortable. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster, mainly friendly and helpful but had a hiccup when I needed help with the key. The location had its ups and downs, from a hot chlorine smell to convenient access to nearby stores and attractions. The dining options were decent, with a variety that could use a bit of clarification. Overall, it's a place with both positives and negatives to consider.
